SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using published United States Postal Service rates for the type of shipping that is requested as well as a small shipping and handling fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any delivery estimates that you may receive through this site does not mean that your order will arrive in that many days. It simply means that once your order is shipped it will take that long to arrive.

Please note that the STF31 Quartermaster does not ship on holidays or the weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE
Postage rates for international orders depend on the weight, value and size of the package and may run higher than the quote the site gives. Please contact us for shipping prices.

RETURN POLICY
All returns are subject to approval after contacting the STF31 Quartermaster by emailing TaskForce31.QM@gmail.com. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The STF31 Quartermaster will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
